Please be advised that on Sunday, July 13, we will be performing a brief scheduled maintenance lasting approximately 30 minutes, during off-hours at 6 AM CEST.

SolarWinds Service Desk will be temporarily unavailable during this window for customers hosted in the EU data centers. Please plan accordingly.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to you and your business.
All ticket-related emails received during the downtime will be processed once the platform is back online.

Asset Software Normalization Across All Data Centers Jul 20, 2025 00:00 - Jul 30, 2025 00:00 EDT

We are going to be releasing new functionality in our software area that will normalize titles that match on a 100% threshold. This new functionality will make it easier for organizations to see what software is in their environment and take action if needed.

Example: Google Chrome with multiple versions will be normalized into a single primary software record. If Google Chrome changes the title to Google Chrome v1, then all software reporting back with that new title will be merged into a new primary labeled Google Chrome v1.

This maintenance window is required for us to do the first big normalization of all software data across all accounts. What you can expect during this time is your software index becoming unavailable for up to 30 minutes while we normalize your software data. If you navigate to the software page during the normalization, you will be greeted with a landing page indicating your data is being normalized.

This will not impact any other function and or performance of the platform.

Scheduled - Due to a required upgrade in the EU and AU data centers, Microsoft Teams and Slack integrations will be temporarily unavailable. All other functionality will continue to work as expected during this maintenance window.

We appreciate your understanding and will work to restore the Microsoft Teams and Slack integrations as quickly as possible.
