We will be performing a service upgrade between 3 AM and 4 AM EST (8AM to 9AM GMT) on March 5th. During the upgrade period, all services in the US and EU data centers will be unavailable.
Any emails sent to the platform, during the maintenance, will be queued and processed once the maintenance is complete. This includes emails to create new incidents, updates to incidents, and emails/notifications coming out of SWSD.
