We will be performing an update on our databases in all datacenters. After our move to our new database infrastructure, we have been advised that an upgrade to the most recent database version will resolve intermittent issues we are seeing. In order to update to the latest version, we have to take the platform down for a short period of time (1.5 hours).
During this time, the platform will not be available for all customers in all regions (US, EU, AU). All emails sent to the platform will be queued and processed once the platform is brought back online.
