We have moved back the maintenance update to between 2 AM and 6 AM EST (7AM to 11AM GMT) on February 12th.

This message was sent by mistake during the update of the summary of our maintenance. Maintenance has not been started and is scheduled for February 5th.

We will be performing a Database upgrade between 2 AM and 6 AM EST (7AM to 11AM GMT) on February 5th. During the upgrade period, all services in the US and EU data centers will be unavailable.

Any emails sent to the platform, during the maintenance, will be queued and processed once the maintenance is complete. This includes emails to create new incidents, updates to incidents, and emails/notifications coming out of SWSD.
