We will be completing the database upgrade on our Australia datacenter on December 3, 2023. During this time, accounts that are hosted on the Australia datacenter will not be able to access the platform. This will only impact accounts that are hosted on the Australia datacenter.
If you are unsure which datacenter you are hosted on, you can navigate to Setup - Account - Account Summary to confirm your datacenter.
During the maintenance window, any emails, sent to the accounts hosted on the Australia datacenter, will be queued and processed once the platform is available again.
