We will be performing an upgrade to our Australia database and, during that time, the platform will be unavailable for all users. This upgrade is on the Australia datacenter and will only impact users who are hosted on that datacenter.
You can see which datacenter you are hosted on by navigating to Setup - Account - Account Summary.
During this time, all emails sent to the platform will be queued and created as incidents once the datacenter is back online.
