We will be performing a database update on our Australia (AU) and Europe (EU) data centers. In order to perform the update, we have to take the platform down for a short period of time (1 hour).

During this time, the platform will not be available for all customers in the following regions (EU & AU). All emails sent to the platform will be queued and processed once the platform is brought back online.

If you are unsure which datacenter you are hosted on, you can navigate to Setup - Account - Account Summary to confirm your datacenter.
