We will be performing a Database upgrade between 2 AM and 6 AM EST (7AM to 11AM GMT) on February 19th. During the upgrade period, all services in the US data center will be unavailable.
Any emails sent to the platform, during the maintenance, will be queued and processed once the maintenance is complete. This includes emails to create new incidents, updates to incidents, and emails/notifications coming out of SWSD.
